Ingredients

  • 1 loaf frzn bread dough
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon Lawry's season salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce.) pkg. thin sliced pepperoni
  • 2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Roll dough to size of cookie sheet. Combine dry ingredients with melted butter. Brush lightly on dough. Save some for top. Arrange pepperoni on top of dough, cover with cheese. Roll like jelly roll. Healthy pinch to seal and brush remaining butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 min. Cook 15 min before slicing like French bread.
