Ingredients

  • 4 x TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Flour Tortillas
  • 1 c. shredded KRAFT Monterey Jack Cheese with
  •     Jalapeno Peppers
  • 8 slc OSCAR MAYER Smoked Turkey
  • 2 Tbsp. butter divided
  • 1 c. BREAKSTONE'S or possibly KNUDSEN Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. chili pwdr
  •     Juice of 1 lime

Directions

  1. TOP each tortilla with 1/4 c. cheese and 2 turkey slices; fold tortillas in half.
  2. HEAT large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add in about 1-1/2 teaspoon of the butter; heat till melted. Add in 1 quesadilla; cook 3 min on each side or possibly till golden on both sides. Rmove from skillet; cut into 6 wedges. Keep hot. Repeat with remaining quesadillas, adding remaining butter to skillet as needed.
  3. MIX lowfat sour cream, chili pwdr and lime juice till well blended. Serve as dipping sauce for quesadillas.
