Ingredients
- 4 c. water
- 4 Tbsp. chicken stock pwdr
- 2 x good size potatoes, shredded
- 2 med carrots, shredded
- 2 stalk celery, minced
- 2 med onions, minced
- 1 x green pepper, finely minced
- 1/2 c. plain flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 c. water
- 6 c. lowfat milk
Directions
- Mix first seven ingredients together in a large saucepan. Bring to boil. Cover & simmer 20 mins. Mix flour, salt, pepper & water together in a sml container till no lumps remain. Stir into simmering soup to thicken slightly. Add in lowfat milk. Heat through.
