  1. Cut the chocolate in small pcs and cook with the brown and granulated sugar, the condensed lowfat milk and the corn syrup. Stir till the sugar is dissolved. Then cook, stirring occasionally, till the fudge forms a soft ball when dropped in cool water. Remove from the fire, add in the butter and let stand till it is cold. Then beat till it begins to lose its glossy appearance. Add in the vanilla and the nuts, pour on a greased pan and allow to cold. Cut in squares.
