Ingredients

  • 3 bananas (ripe or possibly over ripe) (4 bananas if small)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Mash bananas with fork. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Pour in greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
  2. Bread should be sliced thin - then can be toasted in toaster!
