Ingredients

1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. dark brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tbsp. flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg white
2 c. pecan halves

Directions

Combine sugars, salt and flour (sift if lumpy). Mix in egg white and vanilla. Mix in pecans. Drop onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 275 degrees till hard, about 20 min. Allow to cold about 2 min before removing from cookie sheet. Makes about 1 1/2 dozen.
