Ingredients
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. pecans, minced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a large bowl, blend Large eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla. Pour into 9 inch pie shell. Place pecans on top. Bake 30 min. Remove from oven and let cold.
