Pecan Nut Roll Loaves Recipe

Ingredients

4 c. water 2 tbsp. yeast 1 tbsp. salt 1 c. sugar

1/4 c. oil 4 Large eggs Flour

Directions

1. Fold in flour till stiff; let dough rise till double in size, then roll out 1/8 inches thick. Mix filling ingredients together. Put nut filling over complete area; roll like jelly rolls. Let rise again and bake in warm 425 degree oven for about 30 min.
