8 ounces unsweetened chocolate (Valrhona Manjari
8 ounces (2 sticks) unsalted
5 eggs 1 tablespoon vanilla
¼ teaspoon
2 ½ tablespoons dry instant espresso
3 ¾ cups caster
1 2/3 cup sifted all-purpose
3 cups pecansAdjust rack one-third up from the bottom of the oven and preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a 9x13x2-inch pan with foil or parchment. Now butter the foil.
