Peas With Mushrooms, Bacon And Cream

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp. finely chopped shallots
  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • 2 pkg. frzn peas
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Saute/fry mushrooms and shallots in butter till mushrooms are tender. Add in peas and cream and continue cooking till peas are tender. Add in bacon and seasonings, toss. Heat through and serve. Serves 8.
