  • 2 can Salmon,liquid removed(15.5z ea)
  • 2 x Large eggs,beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. Onion,minced
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 c. Cracker crumbs,fine
  • 1 can Peas,liquid removed(8.5z)
  • 1/4 c. Tomato catsup

Directions

  1. 1. Combine in a mixing bowl salmon, Large eggs, onion, lemon juice, salt and cracker crumbs.
  2. 2. Carefully mix in peas.
  3. 3. Pack into a greased 1 1/2-qt loaf pan; bake in a preheated 350'F. oven 30 min.
  4. 4. Spread loaf with catsup; bake 5 min longer.
