Ingredients
- 2Â 1/2 lb Pears (still green and hard)
- 1 x Orange
- 1 x Lemon
- 3/4 c. Liquid removed crushed pineapple
- 5Â 1/2 c. Sugar
Directions
- Peal and core pears. Mix pears, orange and lemon (include rinds of citrus)
- in Cuisinart, till coarsely mixed. Put into pot, add in pineapple and sugar.
- Stir well, and bring to boil. Lower heat. Cook 20 min, stirring occasionally. Pour into warm sterlized jars. Seal, and turn upside down for 5 min. Turn upright and cold.
- Makes 9 six oz jars.
