  • 1/4 c. Smooth peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1/3 c. Lowfat milk
  • 3 c. Vanilla ice lowfat milk
  • 1/4 tsp Wheat germ

Directions

  1. Stir peanut butter, honey and lowfat milk together. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat when peanut butter has melted; stir in ice lowfat milk and wheat germ; serve chilled.
  2. Serves 4.
