Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 Large eggs
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. peanut butter, smooth or possibly crunchy
- 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
- 2 c. self-rising flour
Directions
- Beat together sugar, Large eggs and butter, add in peanut butter and vanilla. Stir in flour till mix is smooth (the batter will be stiff). Pour into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish and bake at 300 degrees for 45 min or possibly till set and golden. Cut into squares. Makes approximately 40 squares.
