Ingredients
- 1 c. Chunky peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- 2 x Large eggs
- 21Â 1/2 ounce Fudge brownie mix
- 1/2 c. Water
- 6 ounce Semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 c. Minced unsalted peanuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, beat peanut butter, oil and Large eggs. Add in brownie mix and water; stir till moistened. Stir in chocolate chips. drop Tbsp of dough onto an ungreased baking sheet. Place 1/2 tsp peanuts on each cookie. Bake 12 to 14 min. Cold completely. Store in airtight container.
