  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tbsp. baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. cocoa pwdr
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/3 c. butter, melted
  • 1 c. lowfat milk (may use skim lowfat milk)
  • 1 c. Reese's peanut butter chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Sift together first 5 ingredients. Stir in egg, melted butter and lowfat milk, just till blended. Mix in peanut butter chips. Fill paper-lined muffin c.. Bake approximately 20 min. Makes 12 muffins.
