Directions

  1. Whisk together the flour, soda, powder, and salt.
  2. Beat the butter, peanut butter, and both sugars for 2 minutes.
  3. One by one, add eggs; beat 2 minutes.
  4. Genty blend in dry ingredients.
  5. Divide in half, wrap and chill overnight.
  6. Shape scant TBSPs of dough into balls, roll in sugar, and place 2 inches apart on baking sheets.
  7. Press each with a fork.
  8. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes, until golden.
  9. Let rest for 2 minutes. Cool on rack.
