A plate of CRISPY-style granola bars. Made from cereal granola (with raisins and dried cranberries) and flaked coconut.

Before baking, CRISPY-style granola bars (a full batch is made using 1 egg only) are scored into serving sizes. This is a 1/2 recipe for which I used a 7x9" baking pan.

CRISPY granola bars after baking; cool in pan before attempting to remove.

This unbaked 1/2 batch of CHEWY granola bars has mini chocolate chips and peanuts added. Coconut is optional.

CHEWY granola bars baked have lightly browned edges.
