Ingredients
- 1 c. Peanut butter
- 6 Tbsp. Butter, softened
- 1 1/4 c. Sugar
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 c. Chocolate chips, divided
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl beat peanut butter and butter till smooth. Add in sugar, Large eggs, and vanilla. Beat till creamy. Blend in flour and salt. Stir in 1 c. chocolate chips. Spread in 13 x 9 inch ungreased baking pan. Bake 25 to 30 min or possibly till edges brown. Remove from oven. Immediately spread with rest of chocolate chips. After chips heat spread proportionately over top. Cold and cut.
