Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F & prepare pans. Put the first 5 ingred. into bowl & mix well, then add in the flour & b/pdr & blend till just mixed. Put a large spoonful of the batter into each muffin pan, then drop a small spoonful of jam (jelly) in the centre of each & cover with remaining batter. Sprinkle with the topping mix & bake for 10-15 mins.
  2. Makes12 muffins.
