Ingredients

  • 2 peaches (you can also use frozen peaches when summer is over)
  • 1 banana
  • 6-8 frozen mango chunks
  • 2 heaping spoonfuls of nonfat organic Greek yogurt (about 1/4 cup)
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed (or regular all-natural) orange juice
  • All you have to do is cut all of the fruit…
  • Dump it into a blender, and blend until fully combined!
  • It’s great as a mid-day snack, as a kid-friendly treat, as a replacement for juice, or even as a quick breakfast.
  • This recipe makes 2 generous servings, so find someone to share it with!
