Scrumptious Peach Baked Dessert everyone loves. Easy prep. never any leftovers!

  • 12 ounce bag frozen peaches (sliced)
  • One tablespoon cinnamon
  • A few dashes of nutmeg
  • 1/4 Cup Simple Syrup (one part water/one part granulated sugar)
  • 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • One sleeve Graham Crackers (Crumbled)
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract

Directions

  1. Pre Heat Oven 350 F
  2. Using a non stick 8" x 8" baking dish add frozen peaches and simple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg and gently stir. Sprinkle brown sugar across the top.
  3. Place graham crackers in a re-sealable bag and run rolling pin across several times to crumble. Add them to the top of baking dish evenly.
  4. In a stand mixer with paddle attachment (or in a bowl with a hand held mixer) add heavy cream, sugar and vanilla. Run mixer on high until peaks form. Refrigerate whipped cream until ready to dollop.
  5. Bake Peaches to Beaches for 12-14 minutes. Plate and serve.
  6. Enjoy!
