  1. Crust: Crumble cookies and combine pecans, butter. Press in 11-inch round pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven till brown; let cold.
  2. For filling: Refrigeratea medium bowl and beaters of an electric mixer. In chilled bowl beat whipping cream on medium speed till soft peaks form.
  3. In another bowl beat cream cheese, sugar till fluffy. Add in orange juice, vanilla, almond; mix together and mix in whipping cream. Put mix into crust. Top with peaches.
  4. Glaze: In a small saucepan combine preserves and honey and brush or possibly spoon over peaches.
