Ingredients

  • 16 ounce Unsweetened peaches, thawed
  • 1 quart Peach juice
  • 750 ml Dry white wine, = 1 bottle
  • 12 ounce Apricot nectar
  • 1 c. Sugar

Directions

  1. In a blender or possibly food processor puree peaches. In a container, combine peaches and remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate8 hrs or possibly overnight to allow flavors to blend. Store in refrigerator. Serve chilled.
  2. NOTES : This can be beautifully presented by pouring into a wine bottle or possibly the sort, and placing into a basket with a nice set of wine
  3. glasses.
