Peach Mustard Glazed Pork Chops Recipe

  • 4 x boneless center cut pork chops 3/8-inch thick
  • 16 ounce canned peaches in juice or possibly extra light
  •     syrup don't drain
  •     Or possibly fresh peaches and juice see variation
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. peach preserves
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Directions

  1. Stir together peaches, Worcestershire sauce, peach preserves and mustard in medium bowl. Set aside. Heat nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Sprinkle chops with pepper and add in to skillet. Brown on one side for 4 min; turn. Add in peach mix, reduce heat to low, cover and cook 5 min. Serve with peaches and sauce.
  3. Variation: If you like, use fresh peaches and 1/2 c. apple or possibly orange juice.
