Directions

  1. Mix flour, butter (or possibly butter), salt and baking pwdr. Pat into pan. Drain peaches and pour over mix. Over peaches pour the sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min. Remove from oven and add in 1/2 pint of whipping cream (don't beat) with 2 egg yolks. Pour over peaches. Bake again for 30 min. Serve warm.
