Ingredients

  • 2 cups of vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt (can be low fat or fat free)
  • 1 lb of fresh ripe peaches
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1/3 cup of milk (can be skim or low fat)
  • 1/2 tsp of almond flavoring

Directions

  1. Wash, peel and cut peaches into small cubes. Place cut peaches, milk, honey, almond flavoring and 1/2 of the ice cream into a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into 6 tall glasses and top with remaining ice cream and serve. garnish with fresh peach slices.
