Ingredients
- 2 lrg Large eggs
- 1 tsp Cornstarch
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Raw mashed banana pulp
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 x Lightly baked 9" pie shell
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Half and half cream
- 2 Tbsp. Melted margarine
- Â Â Nutmeg to taste
Directions
- Beat Large eggs with cornstarch.
- Add in all ingredients except nutmeg.
- Blend well and pour into a baked pie shell.
- Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg.
- Bake in a preheted 450 oven for 10 min.
- Reduce heat to 350 and bake for 30 min or possibly longer, or possibly till knife inserted comes out clean.
