Ingredients

  • 37 3/4 lb BEEF PATTIES FZ
  • 6 3/8 lb CHEESE SWISS & AMER.
  • 6 3/8 lb CHEESE AMER/SLICE
  • 2 lb BUTTER PRINT SURE
  • 12 3/4 lb ONIONS DRY
  • 12 lb BREAD CH 7 GRAIN #83
  • 1 1/2 c. SALAD OIL, 1 GAL

Directions

  1. SLICE ONIONS THIN AND SAUTEE ON A 375 DEGREE LIGHTLY OILED GRILL FOR 5-10 Min Or possibly Till TRANSPARENT. SET ASIDE FOR STEP 3.
  2. GRILL BEEF PATTIES FOR 3 1/2 Min ON EACH SIDE AT 350 DEGREES.
  3. AFTER PATTIES ARE COOKED2 TBSP SAUTEED ONIONS AND 1 SLICE EACH AMERICAN AND SWISS CHEESE; TOP WITH SECOND SLICE OF BREAD.
  4. BRUSH LIGHTLY WITH MELTED BUTTER ON EACH SIDE GRILL AT 400 DEGREES Till Golden ON EACH SIDE AND CHEESE IS MELTED.
  5. SERVING SIZE: 1 EA
