Ingredients

  • For dough:
  • 2.5 cups flour
  • 250g butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped rosemary
  • salt-pepper
  • For the filling:
  • 300g potatoes
  • 100g feta
  • 70g black olives
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • for lubrication:
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Directions

  1. Flour with salt, pepper sieve, rub with butter, add rosemary and 2 tbsp. l. water. Knead dough, roll it into ball, wrap in foil and put into the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
