Patties "Winter" from home pate and potato Recipe

This is my first fried pies. The dough for these tender patties and air, not so heavy like donuts.
When winter walk up the park, you come in from the cold back home, tired and hungry, at the time to dine these hearty pies with hot tea.



  • 450g flour
  • 11g dry yeast (sachet)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 7 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2st.l. tablespoons sugar
  • salt-pepper
  • oil for frying
  • for the potato filling:
  • 400g potatoes
  • 100g olives
  • 5st.l. olive oil
  • dill and parsley
  • salt-pepper

In a bowl pour the warm milk, put the sugar. On the surface uniformly scatters the yeast and give stand 15 minutes.
When the yeast rise to add an egg whisk and stir well.
Sift flour into a large bowl.
Add yeast to the flour, olive oil, salt, pepper.
Knead the dough with a spatula, sprinkle with flour and leave to rise for 30-45 minutes.
After the dough has risen you can make cakes. Toppings of your choice, I have a home pate and herb potatoes and olives.
Roll out the dough thickness of 0.5 cm, cut mug cup, put the stuffing zashipaem edge and send a pie on a preheated pan.
Filling: Peel the potatoes and cut into large pieces, place in a large saucepan and cover with cold water, add 0.5 tsp salt. Boil until tender, 20-30 minutes. Ready to crush the potatoes, add olive oil, chopped fresh herbs and olives. Mix well.
