Directions

  1. Cut the zucchinis into small slices
  2. Cut the onions into slices
  3. Combine the zucchinis and onions into a saucepan with olive oil and cook until tender
  4. Cook the linguine as directed on package
  5. Mix the cream cheese, saffron, creme de fraiche, and parmesan
  6. Then add 1/2 cup of boiling water to the mixture to thin it
  7. Combine the pasta with the zucchini and onions
  8. Finally add the cheese mixture and mix all together, serve immediately
