Directions

  1. Wash fennel and cut into 0,2 inch slices. Cook them in boiling and salted water for 5 minutes about and drain.
  2. In a pan melt the butter, add cooked ham and cook and stir for 5 minutes, then add the slices of fennel, add salt and pepper to taste, cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Cook pasta in boiling and salted water al dente. Drain pappardelle and transfere them into the pan, stir well.
