Light but tasty pasta dish delicate colors.
Ingredients
- 250gr pasta
- 100gr of cooked ham into small cubes
- 1-2 Fennel
- 30gr butter
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Directions
- Wash fennel and cut into 0,2 inch slices. Cook them in boiling and salted water for 5 minutes about and drain.
- In a pan melt the butter, add cooked ham and cook and stir for 5 minutes, then add the slices of fennel, add salt and pepper to taste, cook for 5 minutes.
- Cook pasta in boiling and salted water al dente. Drain pappardelle and transfere them into the pan, stir well.
