Ingredients
- 1 c. Butter
- 1 c. Brown sugar
- 1 x Egg yolk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3/4 c. Cake meal
- 1/4 c. Potato starch
- Â Â (Makes 2 crusts)
- 12 ounce Chocolate chips
- 8 x Egg yolks
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 4 x Egg whites, beaten stiff
- 1 ct Heavy whipping cream, whipped stiff
Directions
- Mix shell ingredients together and press into two pie plates. Bake at 375 degrees for 15- 18 min
- Heat chocolate and cold add in Large eggs to chocolate mix in remaining ingrediates pour into COOLED shells. refridgerate till solid
