Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. lowfat sour cream
  • 2 tsp. garlic herb pepper
  • 13 ounce mushrooms, fresh or possibly canned
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Heat butter and stir in lowfat sour cream.
  2. Add in the garlic pepper, then add in the mushrooms.
  3. Saute/fry mushrooms in the cream. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and cook till the cheese is melted.
  4. Serve immediately.
