  • 1 can (14 ounce) sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 1 pkt (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 c. Plus 2 tb key lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 x 9-inch deep-dish graham cracker pie shell, baked
  • 1 pt Heavy cream
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  •     Lime slices garnish

Directions

  1. Put the condensed lowfat milk, cream cheese, lime juice and vanilla in a food processor fitted with the steel blade, and process for 5 min. ( Or possibly beat in a mixer fitted with a wire whip for 15 min.) Spoon the filling into the cooled pie crust, and chill at least 8 hrs, till filling is hard. Whip the cream with the sugar till soft peaks form. Spread on pie.
  2. Garnish the pie with lime slices. ( I couldn't found Key lime juice so i used regular lime juice.)
