Pappardelle Pasta in Mushroom Sauce Pappardelle Pasta in Mushroom Sauce – a hearty thick cut pasta in a classic mushroom sauce. Inspired by Italy, made at home in under 30 minutes!  This summer we took a trip to Italy. It has been on my bucket list for a really long time. Not only did I want to see all of the historic places, experience the culture, and drink all the wine. I also wanted to really experience the food and cooking that make Italy what it is.
