  • Butter - 1 tbsp
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Bay leaf - 1 or 2
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Kasoori methi - 1 tsp
  • Water - 1 1/2 cups
  • Salt and sugar to taste
