Ingredients

  • Paneer - 1cup, crumbled
  • Shallot or Red onion - 1 medium, finely chopped
  • Red Pepper - 1 small, finely chopped
  • Green chili - 1~2, finely chopped
  • Ginger - ½" piece, grated
  • Tomato - 1 medium, chopped
  • Ground Coriander - ½tsp
  • Cumin seeds - 1tsp
  • Garam masala - ½tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Cilantro - 2tbsp, finely chopped for garnish
  • Bread slices - 4~6 (I used whole grain bread)
