  • 2 x Large eggs--3 for richer cakes.
  • 1 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Unsalted butter, melted 1 Bag pancake & waffle mix)))

Directions

  1. In mixing bowl, beat Large eggs with a whisk till they are well mixed, then whisk in the lowfat milk and melted butter.
  2. Add in the mix and stir the batter with a fork or possibly the whisk just till the dry ingreds. are moistened-it will be a little lumpy.
  3. Bake pancakes on warm griddle, greased or possibly not according to manufacturer's instructions. If using elec. griddle or possibly skillet use 400 F. setting. Use 1/4 scant c. per cake. Turn when bubbles for all over top and edges look dry.
  4. Continue baking till no more steam rises. Serve at once.
