Ingredients

  • 1 c. Brown rice flour
  •     Or possibly oat flour -- * see note
  • 1/2 c. Garbanzo flour -- ** see
  •     Note
  • 1/2 c. Cornmeal
  • 1 1/2 c. Water
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1 Tbsp. Applesauce
  • 4 tsp Baking pwdr

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients by hand or possibly in a blender. Cook on a lightly oiled griddle. When tops beging to bubble and edges begin to look dry, turn over and cook on other side.
  2. HELPFUL HINTS: Add in raisins or possibly minced fruit to the batter, if you like. If you have a non-tsick griddle, you won't need any oil.
