- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- In a large zip lock bag combine the juice, marmalade, ginger, mustard, balsamic, salt and pepper. Mix well
