Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower head, broken into small florets
  • 2 Tbsp Oil + more if needed
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 2-3 Green chillies, slit lengthwise
  • 2-3 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1" Piece ginger, julienned, divided
  • 1 Small sized Onions, sliced
  • 3 Tbsp chopped spring onions (green)
  • Few coriander leaves, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Lime juice
  • Salt to taste
