Green onions chopped
Garlic chopped

Red & black pepper

Directions

Mix all ingred except roast to make a soft paste.
Cut slits I roast & put mix each slit.
line roast with hormel apple bacon
Place in oven, uncovered
Bake to desired doneness
At end of bake time,cut oven OFF but
DO NOT OPEN DOOR FOR 2 HOURS.
