Ingredients
- Â Â A selection of vegetables, minced
- 1 x Heaped tbsp cashew nut butter
- 1 Tbsp. Chinese chilli garlic sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Rich soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Chinese rice wine or possibly dry sherry
- 1 Tbsp. Water
- Â Â Cashew nuts, lightly browned
Directions
- 1. Stir fry the vegetables.
- 2. Blend the sauce ingredients together and add in to the stir fried vegetables at the end of cooking and sprinkle with some lightly browned cashew nuts
