Directions

  1. Fry bacon & onion till tender. Drain & chop oysters, reserving 1/4 c. liquid for sauce; combine oysters with remaining ingredients except fillets. Separate mix into 6 parts: place each part on a fillet & roll up tightly. Fasten ends with toothpicks. Place rolled fish in buttered baking dish; cover & bake in 375 oven for 45 min.
