Ingredients

  • you can have oatmeal for breakfast all week long or
  • I like to freeze oatmeal in 8 oz size,
  • 2 cups steel cut oats
  • 6 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups dried apricots, snipped into small pieces
  • 7 cups water
  • 2 cups milk, almond milk or coconut milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
