  • 1 x (1-lb.) loaf frzn bread dough, slightly thawed and cut into
  •     walnut-sized
  •     pcs (or possibly use frzn rolls, except you need more than 1 lb.)
  • 1 x (3-oz) package vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. minced pecans
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine, melted

Directions

  1. THE NIGHT BEFORE: Place frzn bread dough (or possibly rolls) in well-buttered fluted tube pan. Combine pudding mix, brown sugar, pecans and cinnamon.
  2. Pour melted butter over dough. Sprinkle pudding mix mix on top. Set out overnight.
  3. THE NEXT MORNING: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 30 min, or possibly till done.
  4. Serves 12 to 16
