Oven Roasted Asparagus Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound fresh asparagus, cleaned and trimmed
  • 1 Tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon of Nutritional Yeast or Grated Parmesan CheeseINSTRUCTIONS
  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Spread out the cleaned asparagus on the parchment paper
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the asparagus and "roll" the asparagus around on pan so they are coated with oil
  • Roast in 425 degree oven for approx 15 minutes
  • Remove and sprinkle with nutritional yeast or cheese
  • Roast for 5 more miniutes
