Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. herb-seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. grated nonfat Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1/8 tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 med zucchini
- 1 tsp vegetable oil (orig was 2 tsp)
- 2 Tbsp. water
- Â Â Vegetable cooking spray
Directions
- Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic pwdr, paprika, and pepper in a shallow dish; set aside.
- Cut each zucchini lengthwise into 4 pcs; cut each piece in half crosswise. Place zucchini in a zip-top plastic bag; add in oil and water. Shake.
- Dredge zucchini in bread crumb mix, and place on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 475 degrees for 10 min or possibly till brown and tender.
